CANCER AND SCIENCE
Cancer: Cells in the human body are the units that make up the human body. It can be caused anywhere in the body.
                           Cells in our body grow and decide to make new cells as the body needs them. Basically, cells die when they become old or damaged. Then new cells replace their place.

Types of cancer:
         These are the most and common types of cancer
1.    Bladder cancer
2.    Skin cancer
3.    Lung cancer
4.    Kidney cancer
5.    Colorectal cancer        
6.    Breast cancer
Signs and symptoms of cancer:
Symptoms and signs are depending upon the body parts which are affected. Some general and most common symptoms assigned with, but not specific to, cancer, include:
1.    It contains extreme tiredness resulting from mental or physical extension or illness.
2.    Area of thickening or lump that can be felt under the skin.
3.    It includes a weight that changes unintended gain or loss.
4.    Changing of bladder habits or bowel
5.    Facing difficulty in eating and swallowing.
6.    It feels uncomforted and digestion problems after eating.
7.    Unexpected joint and muscle pains.
8.    Unexplained night sweats or fevers.
9.    Sometimes it engages bleeding or bruising.
10.         Abnormal voice changes like breathy, rough and raspy.
11.         It is persisting sometimes unstoppable cough or trouble breathing.
12.         Skin changing like darkening, redness, and yellowing of the skin that can be led to existing moles.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
Preventive tips for cancer:
1.    Don’t use tobacco: Are you using tobacco then try to reduce it. If we use any type of tobacco it can lead us to different types of cancer. Smoking has been linked to various types of cancer like cancer of mouth, lung, pancreas, throat, cervix, kidney and bladder. Chewing tobacco is also linked to increasing the cancer of the oral cavity and pancreas.
2.    Maintain a healthy diet:
Although taking a healthy diet cannot help us to prevent cancer. But it can help us to reduce the risk from cancer.
                                                       I.            Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables
                                                     II.            Drink alcohol in moderation
                                                  III.            Avoid obesity
                                                 IV.            Limit processed meats
     3. Protecting ourselves from the sun:
                                                       I.            Try to stay in the shade
                                                     II.            Avoid midday sun
                                                  III.            Avoid tanning beds and sunlamps
                                                 IV.            Don’t skimp on sunscreen
                                                    V.            Cover exposed areas
4.    Don’t use supplements protect against cancer:
Supplements may protect from cancer but there is no evidence that it can protect from cancer. So be aware of supplements.
Conclusion:

              If we do not want to be a cancer patient we must follow these types of suggestions. By following the diet and regular exercise we can maximumly prevent from cancer.
